Gatehouse Hospitality is delighted to welcome Amy Shi, CFA, Corporate Finance Analyst – Asset Management as well as Jack Callaghan and Yashasvi Budhraja as Junior Corporate Finance Analysts joining the Sydney office.

Amy is a property and hospitality investment professional with extensive experience in hotel development, asset management and property funds management across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific. Amy holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jack is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Finance at Macquarie University, following a year of study in a Bachelor of Accounting. Jack’s operational experience in hospitality brings a practical lens to his analytical role within the Gatehouse advisory division.

A specialist in transaction advisory, valuation, and financial analysis, Yashasvi joins the advisory team with a focus on investment assessments for hospitality and real asset projects. Yashasvi holds a Master of Finance from Macquarie University and is currently pursuing CPA qualification.
