Gatehouse Hospitality is appointed as manager of The Lane House, a new boutique apartment hotel opening at 17 Bennetts Lane in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Set within the vibrant Bennetts Lane precinct, The Lane House brings a distinctive new accommodation experience to Melbourne — combining striking architecture, refined interiors and the comfort of apartment-style living.

Ahead of opening on 15 October 2026, the Gatehouse Hospitality team is working closely with the owners to ensure every detail is in place and the property fully operational to welcome its first guests and residents.
